1、 1 HZ20HZ20 热解回转窑传动及进料装置设计热解回转窑传动及进料装置设计 摘要：热解回转窑是一种回转式电阻加热炉，主要用于磁性铁氧体及其它粉状料或粒状 料的焙烧，是一种新型窑炉。热解回转窑的传动及进料装置包括电动机、减速器、料仓、 螺旋输送设备等组成。物料通过螺旋输送装置送入由传动装置带动筒体中进行热解。 本设计主要是对回转窑的传动及进料装置进行设计，传动装置中电动机减速器的选 型，传动方式的选择，进料装置中螺旋轴的设计都是内容的重点。 本文中根据筒体转动受力和转速确定电机的规格， 由传动比选择减速器的型号， 并设 计出传动方式。在进料装置中通过回转窑的生产能力来设计料仓尺寸和螺旋轴叶
