3、是物流衍生服务的一个重要方面。 它是第三方物流企业与中小企业合作的一种新形式，为中小企业解决融资问题与第三方物流企业突 破发展瓶颈带来了福音。然而，物流金融在提供多元化共赢效益的同时，也带来了新的风险。本文 以物流金融的介绍作为引入点，分析了基于物流金融的第三方物流企业与中小企业合作的必要性和 可行性并阐述了可采取的两种合作模式。着重对第三方物流企业与中小企业合作过程中所面临的物 流金融风险因素进行分析，采用 AHP 法建立相应的风险评估，通过定性与定量相结合地比较分析， 从而提出对应的风险控制策略。由此，希望能帮助第三方物流企业与中小企业能够更好地实现对合 作中物流金融风险的控制，以保障物流
