1、 EvokedEvoked 和和 InducedInduced 脑信号脑信号的时频分析方法的时频分析方法 研究研究 Time-frequency Analysis for Evoked and Induced Brain Activity Evoked 和 Induced 脑信号的时频分析方法研究 - I - 摘 要 脑电信号处理领域中,对于 EEG 信号的处理方法中,时频分析是一种常见且很有用 的方法,通过时频分析可以获知 EEG 信号时间、频率和能量变化的关系。ERP 是一种特 殊的脑部诱发的电位,在实际的产生过程中,存在着两种不同的机制,一种是产生了锁 时锁相的事件相关振荡(EROs)
2、,称之为 evoked 型 EROs,另一种是准锁时非锁相的事件 相关振荡(EROs)称之为为 induced 型 EROs。研究这两种类型的 EROs 是很有意义的, EEG 时频分析的应用为 ERP 或者是 EROs 时频方法的提供了可行性。目前对于 ERP 的时 频分析中主要采用的是小波变换。由于小波变换存在一定的不足,所以我们尝试不同的 方法对 evoked 型和 induced 型 EROs 进行分析比较,从而判断各种方法优缺点。在本次 研究中我们采用了时频分析中的线性变换中的小波变换,同时采用了平方变换中的 Winger-Ville 分布(WVD) 。同时,由于 WVD 中存在中干
3、扰性的问题,我们采用了基于 Gabor 原子的匹配追踪算法(MP)来对干扰项进行消除。通过实践我们发现在对 evoked 型 EROs 处理,这些方法各有优劣。而在进行 induced 型 EROs 处理是匹配追踪和 WVD 的结合具有较好的时间和频率分辨率。 关键词:时频分析;事件相关振荡;小波变换;Winger-Ville 分布;匹配追踪 Evoked 和 Induced 脑信号的时频分析方法研究 - II - Time-frequency Analysis for Evoked and Induced Brain Activity Abstract In the field of bra

Among these methods, the time-frequency analysis is a common and very useful ways for researchers to use it to attain the time domain and frequency domain of EEG, at the same time; we can get the informations about the energy of
5、the brain signals and the relationships of these three fields. As we all known, ERP is a kind of special evoked potential in our brain electrophysiological signals. In the generation procedure of ERP,researchers have found there are two different mechanisms in the field. One of them is the time and
6、phase locked event-related oscillations (EROs), and we called it as the evoked EROs. The other one is also a kind of EROs, but it doesnt have the characteristic of phase locked. It is called induced EROs. It is highly significant to study these two kinds of EROs.
