1、 办公楼建筑结构设计办公楼建筑结构设计 学 院（系） ： 土木建筑工程学院 专 业： 土木工程 I 摘要 这次设计是按大连民族学院土木工程学院 2015 年毕业设计要求编写的毕业 设计计算书。 题目为“办公楼建筑结构设计”， 该建筑是一个四层的框架结构房屋。 结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构，底层层高为 3.9m，其余各层层高为 3.6m，室 内外高差为 0.45m。 设计内容包括建筑设计，结构设计等。建筑设计部分包括平面设计、立面设 计、剖面设计及细部构造的设计等。除此之外，还运用了 CAD 和天正等来绘制 办公楼的平面图、立面图和剖面图。结构设计则含了梁、柱截面尺寸确定，水平 荷载和竖向荷载作
2、用下结构的内力以及侧移的计算， 内力组合和截面设计。 然后， 就是基础的设计。基础设计包含基础选型、基础板配筋计算等。在设计过程中， 还运用了 PKPM 进行辅助计算，并拿电算与手算结果进行验算分析。最后，按 照任务书要求编写了本计算书。 对于这个设计，本着安全、适用、经济和美观的要求，平面布局分区明确， 流线合理，互不干扰。综合考虑了建筑物使用上的各种因素，从而解决了建筑物 的外观造型、房间布置、配筋计算等很多关键问题。通过这次设计，将大学所学 的全部专业知识做了一次很好的衔接，发现各个学科之间不是独立存在的，而是 融会贯通的，算得上是一次对大学所学知识的全面检阅。 关键词：办公楼；框架结构
