2、床上多采用医学影像技术来评估动脉内皮功能。虽然这些检测方法精确度与 分辨率更高,而且信息量丰富,但是检测方法相对昂贵,操作复杂,对操作者要求很高, 很难应用于家庭或者社区医疗的监测,并且很难实现在线检测。为了克服以上缺点,本 文提出一种基于手臂电阻抗信号分析的动脉内皮功能评估方法。 选取 8 名年轻健康志愿者为实验对象。首先,检测对上臂加压前后志愿者的手臂生 物电阻抗信号;其次,选取一组手臂电阻抗信号分别进行小波变换(Wavelet Transform,WT)、希尔伯特黄变换(Hilbert Huang Transform ,HHT)和同步紧缩小波 变换(Synchrosqueezed wav
3、elet transform ,SWT),比较这三种时频分析结果,发现小 波变换可以清晰提取五个生理频段的特征峰,分别对应内皮细胞活动、神经活动、肌源 性活动、呼吸活动和心脏活动;最后,用筛选出的小波变换方法处理所有志愿者的手臂 电阻抗信号,利用能反映动脉功能的特征参数的公式计算上臂加压前后特征峰幅值与能 量,比较总结其变化规律。 本文研究结果为进一步研制智能可穿戴电阻抗动脉功能监测仪提供了一定的方法 学基础。 关键词:动脉功能;生物电阻抗技术;小波变换;希尔伯特黄变换;同步紧缩小波变换 基于手臂电阻抗信号分析的动脉功能评估 - II - Assessment of Arterial Func

5、unction will help to reveal the abnormality of blood vessel function, and provide some evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Nowadays, medical imaging technology is commonly adopted to evaluate arterial endothelial function in clinic. Although these detecting met
6、hods have higher accuracy and resolution, as well as abundant information, they are more expensive, complicated in operation, and require very high skills for operators. It is also difficult to realize online detection and be applied to the homecare or the community medical monitoring, In order to overcome the above shortcomings, an approach to evaluate the arterial endothelial function based upon the electrical impedance signal analysis of forearm is proposed in this thesis.
