1、LED 二次光学设计在道路照明中的应用 1 LED 二次光学设计在道路照明的应用 摘要 本文从 LED 在道路照明中的应用谈起, 引用了 城市道路照明设计标准(CJJ45-2006) , 主要从“道路照明评价指标” 、 “机动车道道路照明标准值”等方面叙述,引出我国目前 LED 在道路照明的情况、急需解决的问题以及发展应用前景,指出本篇文章的意义。 结合 LED 的结构、大功率 LED 的结构、LED 的发光原理以及一次光学设计进行叙述,让读 者对 LED 的基本理论知识有个深层次的了解,为理解 LED 的二次光学设计做好准备。 散热问题是大功率 LED 在实际照明应用中亟待解决的问题之一。本
2、文对大功率 LED 的散 热问题进行初步探讨。主要从大功率 LED 散热问题产生的原因、解决散热问题的基本方法以 及目前散热问题的基本情况等方面进行阐述。 另外本文阐述了二次光学设计的目的,基本理念。充分利用 LED 自身的发光特点,结合 道路照明的标准及目前市场销售的路灯二次光学系统设计,重点从多向基板的设计,结合透 镜的设计以及反光镜的设计等几个方面讨论。以减少光损失、提高路面照度均匀度为出发点, 充分考虑环境比及眩光限制阈值增量,设计出更符合道路照明的 LED 二次光学系统。 关键词:LED 道路照明 二次光学设计 多向基板 灯具效率 LED 二次光学设计在道路照明中的应用 2 The

6、a preliminary discussion on the heat dissipation problem of high-power LED, mainly from the cause of thermal problem, the basic approaches of the thermal problem and the current situation of the thermal problem. In addition, this article also states the purpose and basic conceptions of the secondary optical design. This solution, making full use of LED light-emitting characteristics, as well as taking into consideration the standards of road lighting and the secondary optical design in the
