2、仪的设计方案,并通过 仿真分析该仪器的性能特点。针对现有测试仪采用自藕变压器导致体积大的缺点,提出了 采用AC-DC-AC方案取代现有仪器中的自藕变压器的观点,这不仅能减小仪器的体积, 而且还能使仪器的重量大大减轻。 本文研究了一种基于AC-DC-AC变换的智能化的伏安特性测试仪。介绍了该测试仪器 的原理框图,首先对其中各个硬件模块进行了详细的说明,给出了相应的电路原理图和软 件实现部分。最后,对整体电路进行了分析并对所设计的测试仪进行了测试,结果表明, 该测试仪的设计方案是可行的,运行稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强,具有良好的特性,是一个 比较实用的测试仪器。 关键词关键词:智能仪器;伏安特性;测试
