1、 I 摘 要 这次专业设计是专业的一个十分重要的学习环节，是对入学以来所学的机械方面的知识进行了 一次全面的检查、巩固和提高。这次课程设计是应用所学基础理论、专业知识与技能去分析和解决 生产实际问题的一次综合训练。把所学的知识能够综合运用到实际零件的加工中。通过本次设计使 我巩固了已学的知识，加深了印象，使自己能够运用所学的机械加工知识解决一些具体的问题。 此次课程设计涉及的知识面有夹具设计、零件安装、加工工艺、数值计算、刀具的性能、测量 技术、CAD 制图外还涉及到金属材料、公差配合及加工设备等多方面的知识。通过这次课程设计我 发现了自己还有许多知识还没有掌握牢固。但更多的是通过这次设计使我
