2、来越突出。然而，目前我国城市基本上仍然处于“亚 社区”向现代社区的过渡阶段。在这一阶段，我国城市社区服务还面临着服务管理模 式的不完善、服务专业化不足、专业人才的缺乏等各种困难，这在一定程度上阻碍了 我国城市社区服务的发展与完善。而在中观层面社区环境中，最容易突显我国城 市社区服务的成效与存在的问题。所以，从社会工作实务的角度出发，通过运用实地 观察与深入访谈的方法，对深圳市禾花社区进行研究，了解社区服务现状及发展运营 的过程，进而发现所存在的问题和困难，寻找和探索相关解决措施和对策，从而推动 社区服务的良性发展，促进我国和谐社区的建设与发展。 关键词： 城市社区；社区服务；居民需求 III
