1、 I 某供电公司生产调度综合用房的电气设计某供电公司生产调度综合用房的电气设计 摘 要 为顺应时代发展，满足某供电公司现代供电服务的需要，改善原供电公司用房拥挤、设 备老化的工作条件，现新建生产调度综合用房，功能为生产、调度和办公用房。 本工程总建筑面积约 12220 平方米。地面上十一层，地下一层。地下一层为消防泵房、 消防水池及配电间，一九层为办公用房，十层为各种信息机房，十一层为大空间办公室和 调度室。全楼为框架结构。空调系统采用一拖多加新风系统。建筑高度为 48.05 米，除地下 层外均吊顶。本次设计为大楼的电气设计，主要深入的研究以下几个方面： （1） 供、配电设计，确定各负荷的等级
2、，各负荷的供、配电方式；做到保障人身 安全、配电可靠、电能质量合格等。 （2） 各动力设备的配电方式、电器的选择、导线的选择、线路的敷设方式等的确 定。配电线路装设短路保护、过负载保护和接地故障保护，作用于切断电源 或发出报警信号。 （3） 照明设计，根据建筑内的各房间的视觉要求、作业性质和环境条件，通过对 光源、灯具的选择和配置，使工作区或空间具备合理的照度、显色性和适宜 的亮度分布及舒适的视觉环境。处理好电气照明和天然采光的关系。完成照 明灯具的控制。 （4） 防雷和接地系统的设计，通过计算确定防雷等级，设计出防雷和接地图。防 止或减少雷击建筑物所发生的人身伤亡和文物、财产损失，做到安全可
3、靠、 技术先进、经济合理。 （5） 火灾自动报警与联动控制系统， 防止和减少火灾危害， 保护人身和财产安全。 （6） 漏电火灾报警系统，监控电气线路的故障和异常状态，发现电气火灾的火灾 隐患，及时报警提醒人员去消除这些隐患。 关键词：导体 照度 照明功率密度 防雷装置 区域报警系统 II Abstract In order to comply with the development of the times , to satisfy the demand of modern electricity services of the power supply company ,and to im
