1、家用切片切丝机设计家用切片切丝机设计( (根茎根茎类、类、块类蔬菜块类蔬菜) ) 摘要摘要:根茎类、块类蔬菜家用切片切丝机的设计主要是在原有大型切菜机的基础上,对设计要求 及工作原理进行系统分析后完成的创新设计。本文着重说明了家用切片切丝机整体结构的设计过 程,包括原理方案设计,传动机构、切削机构和压紧定位机构的设计以及主要部件的结构设计, 并对部分设计结果进行校核。本设计需手动操作,并采用直齿圆锥齿轮传递动力,以实现运动方 向的转变。切削机构结构简单,主要由盘形刀架、垫块及切片刀和切丝刀组成,调节切削形状及 切削厚度方便。上下顶盖间开合较为频繁,采用杠杆锁止器实现快速连接。整体机构采用立式布
