2、量。 通过对 IEEE 802.11 与 IEEE 802.15.4 标准的学习,本文初步设计了 IEEE 802.11 与 IEEE 802.15.4 数据帧转换器的物理结构, 提出了数据帧转换的软件结构 和基本流程。 根据本文所描述的设计方案, 可以实现 IEEE 802.11 和 IEEE 802.15.4 之间数据帧的转换。 为了提高网络性能,本文提出了两个优化算法,用以调整数据帧的长度。其 中一个算法从能耗角度出发,目的在于降低单位有效数据的能耗,以提高无线传 感器节点的工作寿命;另一个算法从有效吞吐量角度出发,目的在于提高网络的 有效吞吐量,使数据能高效传输。NS2 仿真结果表明,

Using wireless sensor networks, people can gather inf
4、ormation more widely and effectively. What is more, they can improve the quality of decision making by transmitting information to the data processing server through wireless LAN. So, efficient connection of wireless sensor networks and wireless local area network becomes a hot issue. This paper foc
5、us on designing a frame converter from IEEE 802.15.4 wireless sensor networks to IEEE 802.11 wireless LANs. Algorithms based on energy consumption and throughputs are also designed to calculate the length of data frame, which will reduce energy consumption and increase the efficiency of throughput.
6、Through studying IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.15.4 standard, this paper puts forward the physical structure of the converter. Software architecture and basic processes of data frame conversion are designed as well. According to the design of this thesis, frame conversion can be achieved between the IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.15.4.
