2、 在该领域的理论探索和应用研 究目前仍然不够成熟，还存在一些急需填补的研究空白。本文以建筑工程项目作为研究 对象，综合采用了文献总结与专家访谈结合、定性分析与定量分析结合法、规范分析与 实证分析结合的方法，针对建筑工程项目总结出风险管理的基本流程。从风险识别、风 险评价、风险应对等角度，对风险管理过程进行了深入研究，系统地识别出建筑工程项 目的风险因素，并对它们分别进行分析和评价，并提出了具体的应对和监控措施。 本文以*高档小区住宅建筑项目为案例研究对象，通过翻阅大量的文献资料，主要 采用头脑风暴法和风险调查法进行了项目的风险识别，采用现场资料的收集调查及专家 经验打分法相结合的方式进行了该项

Comparing with foreign countries, we are later for abroad with project risk management research. There are a
5、 lot gaps needed to fill with theory exploration and application research of risk management. This paper takes construction project as reseach object, and summarizes basic procedures of risk management by combining literature summary and expert interviews, qualitative and quantitative analysis, norm
6、ative and empirical analysis. From the view of risk identification, risk evaluation and risk response, this paper thoroughly studies risk management process, systematically identifies, analyzes, evaluates the risk factors of project, and then proposes specific response and control measures.
