2、性以及区域性的气候差异、 季 节更替的温度变化及保温系统的复杂性， 外墙保温工程中出现了 许多开裂、渗漏等质量问题，因其对房屋的正常使用功能影响较 大，轻者墙面龟裂、泛潮、发黄、发黑影响美观，重者聚笨颗粒 层空翘，雨水顺墙而下，遇冷冻后膨胀、开裂，直接导致外墙保 温层大面积脱落，影响正常使用，严重影响了建筑的外观形象及 使用功能。例如表面不平整造成外观质量差，细部节点处理不到 位造成渗、漏水，粘贴不牢造成外墙砖脱落，做法不规范造成墙 面裂缝等。 造成这些问题的因素很多， 如材料存放及使用不规范、 结点设计方案不完善、施工人员的操作水平低、施工工艺不规范 等。 现就部分工程外墙保温工程在施工过程
