1、 I 摘 要 本文首先介绍了软启动技术的发展现状及电机驱动存在的问题, 然后根据分析提 出了数字软启动的设计方案。方案以 STC12C5410AD 为主微控制器,根据要求配置 了主要的硬件电路模块,主要有按键模块,显示模块,电源模块以及数模转换模块。 其中电源模块可以为主电路提供 5V 和 12V 电压;因为所需按键较少,所以我们选用 了独立式按键接口;数模转换模块采用三线串行接口芯片 TLC5615,该芯片易与单片 机连接; 显示模块是通过译码驱动芯片 CD4511 输出来驱动数码管显示软启动的时间 和过程。 系统利用STC12C5410AD单片机中自带的 AD变换将模拟输入量变成数字信号,
2、 通过加减按键设置软启动的时间,并且通过显示电路显示设置时间和软启动过程,通 过单片机计算软启动输出控制量, 并经过片外独立的 DA 变换电路输出模拟量送给三 相可控硅触发系统,从而实现了真正意义上的软启动。 实践证明,使用数字软启动的三相可控硅触发系统,可大大提高电机及设备的 使用寿命,降低设备故障率,节约维修费用,提高企业的劳动生产率。 关键词: STC12C5410AD;软启动;可控硅 II Title : : Design of Three Phase Silicon-controlled Trigger System Based on Soft-start Abstract: Thi
3、s paper firstly introduces the development of soft-start technology and the problem of motor-driven. Then based on the analyse , we propose a digital soft -start design. The design takes STC12C5410AD as the major MCU .According to the demand , we set the major hardware module including the main keyb
4、oard module, display module, power module and digital-to-analog converter module. Power module can provide the main circuit voltage 5V and 12V; because of fewer keys, we chose the independent-button interface; digital-to-analog converter module used three lines Serial Interface Chip TLC5615 which is
5、 easy to connect with the microcontroller. Display module takes CD4511 as the drivendecoder in order to display the time and the progress of the soft-start. The system uses AD transform which is built in the microcontroller to convert the analog input into a digital signal . Modified buttons install

When this project is finished, the service life of motor and equipment can be improved, the fault rate of the equipment can be reduced, the maintenance cost can be saved
