3、及结合机械 设计、 机械原理等知识查阅机械设计手册等各种书籍对直线工位热缩管的加工装置结 构进行结构设计，并对各零件部的强度和刚度进行了设计分析和计算，使直线工位热 缩管的加工装置符合生产的要求。 本设计分为四个装置，分为间歇传动装置、切割装置、加热装置、捏合装置。 本装置具有自动化程度高，结构简单，易于操作等优点。但是也有一些缺点，其 中最大的缺点就是热缩管的收缩率不能得到精确的控制， 只能大概的控制在较大的范 围内，所以对于精度要求高的热缩管不太合适。 关键词关键词 ：热缩管、AUTO-CAD,SHOID-WOKES Abstract Along with the development
