1、摘摘 要要 在实际生产生活中,为了提高产品的生产效率,改进生产工艺,自动上料系 统被越来越广泛的应用。目前大型的生产加工企业使用的是基于 PC+PLC 的控制 方式的自动物料上料系统,该方式价格昂贵、控制系统复杂,具有统计管理确保 数据的备份、查询、统计、打印等的功能。针对小型加工企业和生产自动化程度 要求不高的企业,不但要考虑成本还要节约人力资源,本课题基于这两个方面考 虑,研发了一种“基于单片机的 pvc 物料自动上料控制系统” 。 本设计利用单片机,完成一个完整的送料控制、放料控制、料满自动检测的 过程,通过人机接口能够自行调节上料、放料时间等功能,完全能够满足小型加 工企业自动上料、放
2、料的需要。 该 pvc 物料上料机控系统的工作原理: 基于 AT89S51 单片机设计一款真空上 料机控制器,要求该控制器能够进行上料、放料整个工作流程的过程控制。其工 作参数包括上料时间(5-60 秒) ,放料时间(5-60 秒) 。其中的上放料时间参数 可以用过面板上的轻触按键进行输入,并保存于 EEPROM 中,功率驱动方式选择 场效应管来进行控制,从而实现了真空自动上料、放料的功能。 【关键词】自动上料控制系统 单片机 AT89S51 硬件设计 Abstract In actual production, in order to improve production efficienc
