2、面环山的地形影响，具有冬长、夏短、秋 早、春来晚的特点。而该建筑充分利用风景区优越的自然环境，尽量配置阳台和露台， 布置大量绿化带，务求与环境和谐融洽。 本建筑设计为五层三单元一梯两户住宅，层高设置为3米，总高度连屋顶构筑物一 共高18.5米，户型采用两房一厅南北对流实用布置功能区，最大程度满足住户舒适方便 的需求。而又由于本建筑纵向总长为57.1米，已超过现浇钢筋混凝土不设置温度缝最大 长度35米，因此在第二与第三单元之间设置宽度为100的伸缩缝，以满足减少温度应力 不利影响的要求。 本工程为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构，本建筑的高度和使用范围都符合多层混凝土框 架结构的适用范围。而框架结构由于是
