1、I 弧齿锥齿轮数控铣齿机刀轴箱的设计 摘要 弧齿锥齿轮以其良好的动态性能,在机械行业中占有相当重要的地位, 在航空、航海、汽车和各种精密机床等行业应用广泛。弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲 面齿轮具有重迭系数大,承载能力高,传动平稳,噪音低,对安装误差敏感 性低等优点,被广泛应用于飞机、车辆、机床和各种机械产品中。而准双曲 面齿轮普遍应用于汽车的驱动桥主减速传动。因而弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿 轮的设计与制造在机械行业中占有相当重要的地位。 但是弧齿锥齿轮的设计加工相当复杂,而且当前拥有该技术的Gleason 公司等搞技术垄断,促使许多国家对该项技术进行研究和探讨,因而对弧齿 锥齿轮传动的设计、制造和检测技术的
2、研究一直是齿轮制造中非常活跃的领 域。尽管国内有多家企业研制开发了不同系列的弧齿锥齿轮数控加工机床, 但是其控制系统都是采用SIEMENS、FANUC 等国外高档数控系统,使得国 内在弧齿锥齿轮设计、加工等方面仍然受制于国外少数垄断企业,严重制约 着我国制造业水平的提高。 本文通过对弧齿锥齿轮的齿面特征的研究,结合国内外可以了解的铣齿 机的机构特征,通过对现有机床的钻研和齿面加工方法的探究,按照齿轮啮 合的原理,完成了弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机刀轴箱部分的运动简化设计,以及对传 统的数控弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机机构作出了一些改进。 关 键 词:弧齿锥齿轮,铣齿机,滚珠丝杠,刀轴箱 II THE DESIGN O

While domestic enterprises have developed several different series of spiral bevel gear NC Machines, the control kernel is the foreign NC systems, such as SIEMENS, FANUC and so on.
