2、。但在频繁使用 的过程中，FOB 贸易术语既给企业带来了便捷，也给企业带来了一定的风险。本 文通过一系列相关案例对 FOB 贸易术语在实际操作中的风险进行分析， 得到一些 见解，提出一些防范措施，从而更好的了解 FOB 贸易术语并且降低风险。 关键词：FOB；风险；措施 Risks and Precautions of FOB in Practical Application Abstract: The implementation of reform and opening-up policy and the entry into WTO brings Chinas economy into

In order to simplify trade procedures and shorten time for consultations and savings and transaction costs, trade terms has become an essential part in practice. FOB as a trade term is the highest use in transaction. Accord
4、ing to a survey, Chinas current trade FOB contract has reached more than 70%, many export enterprises prefer this trade mode. However, it not only brings convenience but also risks to enterprises. This paper analyses risks of FOB in practical operation through relevant examples, and proposes precaut
