1、摘要 本课题根据服装市场实际的需求,设计了一款全自动服装模板机。首先对服 装模板进行了了解分析,明白了服装模板的用途和制作方法。结合市场实际和性 能指标要求,然后开始整体方案的设计。总体方案的设计主要从切割方式、电机 类型、PVC 板固定、传动方式几个方面的选择。在该方案里,X、Y、Z 三个自由 度上的运动都是在对应的直线导轨上完成;动力由三个步进电机完成;动力从步 进电机发出以后通过同步带传授到运动机构,整个过程快速、准确,而且噪音较 小。在整体方案和细节都确定以后开始进行三维建模,对每一个模块进行具体的 设计,包括尺寸、零件材料、安装方案等。之后是在三维模型的基础上进行干涉 检查,布局改进
2、等。 在结构设计完成之后,本文对各重要部分进行了力学的计算校核,以确保产 品设计的可靠性。需要校核的部分主要包括工作部位的切削力、导轨、滚至丝杆、 电机、同步带等,这些部分的合理设计直接关系到最后产品的使用效果和使用寿 命。 关键词:服装模板机;总体方案;结构设计;力学分析 ABSTRACT According to the actual need of the clothing market, we designed a automatic garment pattern machine.
