2、、涤纶织物的浸渍时间及聚醚酯浓度对抗静电性能的影响,用红外光 谱、DSC 对其表征;合适的合成工艺:酯交换温度 180-190;缩聚温度为 210-230左右, 催化剂为三氧化二锑,真空度 756mmHg 左右。实验结果表明,聚醚酯的抗静电性能随着 PEG 分子量的升高而下降,用分子量为 2000 的 PEG,含量为 70%,合成的聚醚酯是一种综合性能 较好的抗静电剂。结构中引入 SIPM 能有效提高抗静电性。合适的后处理工艺条件:聚醚酯 浓度为 0.2%,浸渍时间为 10min,烘焙温度为 160。 关键词:表面处理;抗静电性;聚醚酯;红外光谱 Preparation and perform

4、rious molecular weight polyethylene glycol(PEG) were prepared by polycondensation reaction.They were used as antistatic agent for terylene.First,polymerization conditions were investigated.Then,the effect of PEG molecular weight and content,bringing the SIPM into the structure, impregnating time and
5、 the concentration of polyether-ester on antistatic performance were investigated,These polyether-ester were characterized by IR and DSC.The Suitable polymerization conditions was determined as follow: transesterification was carried out within 180-190; polycondensation was carried out within 210-23
6、0 with catalyst Sb2O3,vacuity was about 756mmHg.It was found that with the molecular weight of PEG increased,the antistatic performance decreased,the polyether-ester which based on PEG 2000 with the content of 70% was a good kind of antistatic agent. Bringing SIPM into the structure can raise antistatic performance clearly. Suitable conditions of after-treatment: the concentration of polyether-ester was
