1、 摘要 齿轮测量仪是对齿轮各项参数进行测量的仪器。随着科学技术的发展,齿轮测量 技术发展的也越来越快。现代齿轮测量技术正向自动化方向转变。计算机技术与测试 仪器技术相结合,出现了一种新的测试仪器虚拟仪器。虚拟仪器是一种充分利用计 算机资源,由用户设计的具有虚拟操作面板的计算机测试仪器系统。虚拟仪器技术和 网络通信技术相结合,使网络化虚拟仪器应运而生,集信号采集、传输和处理为一体, 不受地域、环境的限制。 本文主要分为三大部分, 第一部分介绍了本次设计的目的及意义、该课题国内外 的发展现状以及虚拟仪器的概念、特点、组成并详细地介绍了 LabVIEW 开发环境; 第二部分介绍了齿轮各项测量参数的基
2、本原理和方法,并在虚拟仪器的基础上设计出 齿轮测量仪;第三部分介绍了齿轮测量仪内部的程序及测量结果动态显示曲线。 本文所采用的虚拟仪器技术是以透明的方式把计算机的资源和仪器硬件的测控能 力结合起来,其产生是计算机辅助测试技术发展的必然趋势,近年来国内外对虚拟仪 器的研究开发以及虚拟仪器在各行各业的广泛应用表明了虚拟仪器的广阔前景。 本次设计采用的是 LabVIEW版本,它以其分布式智能极大的简化了分布 式系统的开发,从而精简应用程序并提高系统管理效率。 关键词:齿轮测量仪,LabVIEW,齿距偏差,齿廓偏差,螺旋线偏差 Abstract The gear measuring instrumen
