2、作为电器行业必不可少的模具之一, 其设计制造具 有较高的实用价值。 本课题电池盒盖外观要求很高,而且塑件体积小、结构复杂,因而对注射成型模具和 成型工艺的要求相对较高。其注射模设计制造的最大难点在于浇注系统和脱模机构的设 计。课题来源于企业的生产实际,以大量的电池盒盖注射模具设计制造为基础,根据现有 模具制造的经验以及实际生产的条件对电池盒盖注射模具进行整体结构的设计, 包括浇注 系统中浇道、 浇口的形式和位置选择以及排气系统的设计; 并对塑件主要部位的脱模推出 方式, 以及制造方法和工艺要点进行设计, 通过利用现代设计方法 CAE 进行填充和冷却分 析从而优化设计以及为生产提供指导依据。 关
