1、 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 200m 3 -15低温冷库 I 摘 要 为了满足各地区食品的储藏，各地区均建立各型食品冷藏库以满足不同种类 食品的储藏，该设计为 200m-15低温冷库设计。 冷藏库是在特定的温度和相对湿度条件下，加工和贮存食品、供液原料、生 物制品以及医药等物资的专用建筑物。而食品冷藏库是食品联合加工厂的一个组 成部分，其所处地理位置及其各构成部分直接影响当地人民生活的健康与食品需 求。 该设计通过对平顶山地区的气象、地理及实际冷库实用等条件，对冷库的平 面、围护结构、冷却设备和机械负荷、制冷机房及冷却水系统等进行设计计算。 冷藏库设计首先采集设计地区气象、地理等实际资料，
2、后依次对冷库平面所包含 的公称体积、高度、冷间分部；围护结构中的隔热材料选择排布、冷藏门，冷却 设备负荷、机械负荷、冷间的空气分配系统和通风换气；制冷设备选择、制冷机 房及其设备排布；冷却水系统等进行计算设计，并最后得出设计结论。 关键词 装配式冷库，冷风机，制冷压缩冷凝机组 II Abstract In order to meet the regional food storage, various regions are established for each type of food cold storage to meet the needs of different types o
