2、是年度中一 天或一个时期的数据资料。这些数据资料已受到一定程度的影响,特别是在剧烈的经济衰 退和发生突然经济变化的时期,企业的财务状况可能已有重大的变化。因此，财务人员根 据会计报表进行财务分析的时候要充分认识局限性。在实际运用中，财务比率分析仍然存 在许多不足，很多财务指标和会计报表存在一定的局限性，会计政策和会计方法也对财务 比率分析存在影响。 灵活运用财务比率分析方法是企业赖以生存的基石、 企业前进的方向、 企业发展的动力。而充分理解财务比率分析就是重中之重了。本文就其如何运用以万科集 团为例具体分析并提出了其中的问题，最后就其问题进行了具体的探讨并对具体问题提出 了一些具体的改进方法。
