1、 日产 120 吨天然矿泉水厂的设计 摘 要 本设计为日产 120 吨天然矿泉水厂的设计，设计包括可以同时生产桶装水和瓶装 水。并对产品生产方案的制定，生产工艺的设计，车间平面布置的安排进行了详细的 讨论，利用 AutoCAD 制作出车间的生产工艺流程图和平面布置图；以及对矿泉水加 工过程中物料平衡、热量平衡进行计算，设备选型，水电汽平衡，劳动力平衡，设定 企业管理组织架构，实施环境保护规划并进行污水处理，对投资成本、利润和回收期 等进行估算。设计采用倒班制，分为两个班组进行生产，每天工作 16 小时，每班工作 8 小时。根据设备生产能力确定每天生产瓶装矿泉水 51.74 吨，生产桶装矿泉水

According to the production capacity of equipment, determining the daily production of bottled mineral water was 51.74 tons, the production of barreled mineral water was

Each class daily production of bottled water was 25.87 tons, and produced 45454 bottles per day, the same time the production of barreled water was 36.43tons, produced 1851 barrels a day. The investment of the project was RMB18000000 Yuan, profit was 8508200 Yuan, and recovery period of it was about2.2years.
