1、 日产 120 吨天然矿泉水厂的设计 摘 要 本设计为日产 120 吨天然矿泉水厂的设计,设计包括可以同时生产桶装水和瓶装 水。并对产品生产方案的制定,生产工艺的设计,车间平面布置的安排进行了详细的 讨论,利用 AutoCAD 制作出车间的生产工艺流程图和平面布置图;以及对矿泉水加 工过程中物料平衡、热量平衡进行计算,设备选型,水电汽平衡,劳动力平衡,设定 企业管理组织架构,实施环境保护规划并进行污水处理,对投资成本、利润和回收期 等进行估算。设计采用倒班制,分为两个班组进行生产,每天工作 16 小时,每班工作 8 小时。根据设备生产能力确定每天生产瓶装矿泉水 51.74 吨,生产桶装矿泉水
2、72.87 吨;每班每天生产瓶装水 25.87 吨,生产 45454 瓶;每班每天生产桶装水 36.43 吨,生 产 1851 桶。本投资预计 1800 万元,年利润 850.82 万元,回收期大约为两年零两个 月。 关键词:天然矿泉水厂;生产工艺设计;平面布置;经济技术分析 The design of a plant with processing 120 tons mineral water Abstract The design was the daily production of 120 tons of natural mineral water plant, and this al

The design discussed the production plan, production process, workshop layout arrangement in detail, produced workshop production process flow diagram and layout by using AutoCAD; as well as calculated material balance, heat balance in
4、the process of the mineral water , set the enterprise management structure by the equipment selection, water vapor equilibrium, labor force balance , the implementation plan for environmental protection and sewage treatment, and estimated the investment cost, profit and the recovery period. 5、tory used a shift system, divided into two groups for the production, working time was 16 hours a day, and each class was 8 hours. According to the production capacity of equipment, determining the daily production of bottled mineral water was 51.74 tons, the production of barreled mineral water was

Each class daily production of bottled water was 25.87 tons, and produced 45454 bottles per day, the same time the production of barreled water was 36.43tons, produced 1851 barrels a day. The investment of the project was RMB18000000 Yuan, profit was 8508200 Yuan, and recovery period of it was about2.2years.
