1、 本科毕业设计 题目题目: 某型电动车总体设计 学学 院院: 汽 车 与 交 通 工 程 学 院 专专 业业: 学学 号号: 学生姓名学生姓名: 指导教师指导教师: 日日 期期: 二一五年六月 I 摘 要 电动车 (简称 EV) 是由车载动力电池作为能量源的车辆, 可实现车辆零污染排放。 随着环境日趋恶化,我们迫切需要使用环境友好型车辆,而本次设计的电动车正好拟合 这个趋势,所以这一款电动车具有很强的现实意义。 本次毕业设计主要是对电动车的车架设计和总体布置。根据本款电动车的实际工况 和参考现有电动的一些参数,按照动力性能要求,运用汽车理论、汽车设计等相关知识 计算,选出各个部分需要的零部件和
2、总成。根据各类零件和总成的参数,再加上对车辆 行驶性能部分的要求,来完成车架框架部分的设计。然后在将每个部分按照相对位置关 系,布置在车架上,完成车架的装配。最后,根据现有的计算的结果,完成对车辆的外 部装饰和布置。 通过已知计算和选取得来的各个零部件和总成的相关尺寸,利用制图软件 CAD 进 行相关装配图、布置图、零件图形的绘制,得到理论上合为 5 张 A1的图纸,该电动车 基本满足要求。 关键词: 电动车; 总体布置; 车架设计 II Abstract Electric vehicles (referred to EV) is a vehicle-mounted battery as an

According to some parameters of the electric cars actual conditions and reference to an existing power, making using of the power performance requirements and applying car theory, automotive design to calculate and select each p

According to all kinds of parts and assembly parameters, together with part of the vehicle performance requirements, we can complete the frame portion of the frame design. Then according to the relative positional relationship between each section ,it is arranged o
6、n the frame to complete the assembly. Finally, according to the results of existing computing ,one can complete the vehicle exterior and furnished. The relative dimensions of a known individual components and assemblies is made by calculating and selection ,and we use of CAD drawing software to draw the relevant assembly drawings, layout, graphics components to obtain theoretically closely to 5 A1 drawings .The electric car basically meet the requirements.
