3、应程度仍处于相对落后状态。 在理论 上，金融发展与经济增长之间存在一定的相关关系。利用 1978-2012 年山东省年度数据进行实证研究，结果显示金融发展规模、金融效率 与经济增长之间存在正向的作用关系而山东省的金融发展水平在促 进经济增长方面的作用不明显。结合山东省的经济与金融发展现实， 产生上述结果的原因可能包括经济发展不平衡，金融机制不健全，金 融管理体系落后，政策环境欠佳等方面。山东省应加快经济发展以达 到与金融发展相互促进的良性循环， 注重经济实体部门和金融部门的 平衡发展，在金融规模扩张过程中要注意金融效率的提高，注重金融 机构结构、金融资金结构，转变政府职能，形成专业的金融管理体
4、系 等以改善当前山东省金融发展状况。 关 键 词 经济增长；金融发展；山东省；实证分析 Abstract After reform and opening up，economy and finance have developed rapidly in Shandong province. However the speed of its development and the adaptation degree of economic growth are still relatively backward. Theoretically speaking, there is a correl
5、ation between financial development and economic growth. This paper II will carry on the empirical research of Shandong Province by using annual data from 1978-2013. The result shows that financial development scale and financial efficiency have a positive effect on economic growth but the effect in
6、 promoting economic growth of Shandong Province is unobvious. In combination with the economic and financial development reality of Shandong province, this paper will put forward the reasons for these results: the unbalanced economic development, the unsound condition of financial mechanism, the backward circumstance of financial management system, the poverty of policy environment, etc. Shandong province should develop the economy vigorously to achieve the virtuous circle of mutual pro
