2、种方式，招揽更多的人才，从而增加自己的招聘业务量。 本次论文的设计是基于人才搜索的博客网站系统， 主要满足喜欢互联网技术的 用户对互联网在线交流的需求和人才发现，为用户提供各种各样的丰富的功能。 在项目中，通过使用了类之间的继承与接口，实现了各个类之间既有一定的关系 又降低了耦合度，该项目采用了当前流行的 Struts，Hibernate 框架对后台服务 器进行设计与实现，MYSQL 作为数据库存储，同时采用了 Ehcache 缓存技术来提高 系统的性能。 该系统采用了 MVC 的设计模式， 前端页面采用了类似 JSP 的.vm 页面， 后台采用了 Struts+Hibernate 框架设计，
