1、 I 航运上市公司效率分析 摘 要：海运业伴随着全球贸易的发生进行着，海洋运输为世界本不合理的资源分 配重新进行调整，实现了资源优化合理的分配及高效利用，为世界经济的发展起着无 可替代的作用。 航运业作为世界贸易的衍生产业，受到世界经济波动的影响。2008 年金融危机的 发生，导致全球的经济快速下跌，海运业也遭遇了重创。航运上市公司作为海运的主 体，我们应该对其进行效率分析探索，深入了解其运营，对海运业的发展及世界经济 的恢复具有深远的意义。 本文第二章通过分析当前我国航运业自身发展的优势，以及当前面临的威胁，最 后查阅资料对我国航运业做现状分析，为后文进一步对航运上市公司做效率分析做准 备；
2、第三章对数据包络分析法（DEA）模型的原理做介绍，分析选取指标的原理，通 过综合考虑选取出适合的投入产出指标；第四章选取我国 12 家航运类上市公司 2010-2013 年的原始面板数据，运用 DEAP2.1 软件对航运上市公司的技术效率、纯技 术效率、规模效率进行测度分析，并针对部分公司的效率具体分析公司的经营情况， 总结出一些利于公司改善经营的措施，最后针对 2013 年航运上市公司效率数据状况， 分析当前我国航运上市公司经营状况及存在的问题，并对此作出一些利于公司发展的 建议；第五章是对论文研究的总结，以及往后对此类航运上市公司效率方面研究的展 望。 本文采用的 DEA 是对各航运上市公
