1、 摘摘 要要 众所周知，职业健康与安全管理体系的应用，使得企业在职业健康安全管理方面 的工作更加系统化、合理化、规范化。本文结合 OHSAS 18001，研究了橡胶制品加工 业的生产过程、生产工艺。采用了三种分析方法，安全检查表分析法、作业条件的危 险性评价法、预先危险性分析法，从定性、定量两个层面统筹、严谨的安全分析。结 合了橡胶制品加工的具体生产环节分解要素、分类整理，逐条对存在的危险进行危险 源辨识；充分考虑了人、机、环、管理、设计和原料等多个方面，针对性的进行了风 险评价；利用归纳演绎的逻辑方法，对照生产工艺、环境的现状，制定了合理的控制 措施；完善了信息反馈制度，明确了安全基础信息、
2、数据的提供与收集，规定了相关 部门负责及时参考公司安全目标、工艺要求等标准参数，制定有序、科学的应急响应 机制。本文细节性的增强了综合办公室的管理职责，从公司全局出发，积极充分考虑 安全目标、工艺要求、人员作业的可靠性、管理的有效性、经济现状等因素，完善了 职业健康与安全管理体系设计的制定、执行、验收、修正的环节。 关键词：危险源辨识；风险评价；控制措施；信息反馈；管理体系设计 ABSTRACT As is known to all, the application of occupational health and safety management system, make the en
