1、 H 产线的效率提升研究 装 订 线 I 摘要摘要 随着 21 世纪全球经济的一体化，制造业的竞争日趋激烈，在流水线式生产的模 式下，提高生产线的效率和产能越来越受到企业的重视。生产线平衡率这一指标在某 种程度上可以衡量生产线平衡性的高低以及生产线上人员、设备的利用情况，企业的 生产线平衡率的高低直接影响着企业的经济效益情况，同时，流水线的流畅情况对企 业的产品的良率有着重大的影响。 人因的优良对提高企业的生产效率也是起着举足轻 重的作用。 针对 F 集团的典型流水线 H 产线的生产现场的平衡率偏低的实际情况，通过运 用工业工程的基本理论与改善手法提高生产线平衡率， 从而提高公司的生产效率与效
2、 益。同时也利用人因工程的知识对相关的工具进行合理的改善与设计，提高人员的作 业的舒适度。概述了生产线平衡的相关理论知识以及工业工程的相关改善手法，阐明 了影响生产线平衡的要素，通过工时测定、作业分析的方法对企业生产线现场进行研 究，找出问题所在，制定改善的目标，并提出了生产线平衡的改善方案。运用动作研 究、工序重组以及布局的优化对企业现有的生产线进行了改善，提高了企业的经济效 益，也表明了工业工程技术在生产线平衡改善中的有效作用。 关键词：生产线平衡；节拍；工时；流水线改善。 H 产线的效率提升研究 装 订 线 II ABSTRACTABSTRACT As the 21st century
