1、1 曳引式电梯夹绳器设计 摘要:本毕业设计主要介绍了曳引式夹绳结构的设计,曳引式夹绳器因为成本比 较低,可应用的范围广,不需要太复杂的安装流程,而且制作简单,结构体积相 对于其它电梯装置来说简单小巧,夹绳器可以装备在电梯上顶部分,还可以安设 在曳引机上,通过控制曳引机来控制速度,可采用机械,电气或电磁铁触发方式 等,曳引式夹绳器应为其优点而得到广泛的应用。夹绳器由速度监控元件(这里 的监视元件可以是限速器) 和执行机构 (执行机构是夹绳器本身) 两块结构构成, 如果电梯发生上行超速,速度监控设备就会检测出轿厢超速并且发出信号,这里 的信号可以是机械信号也可以是电信号, 而后曳引式夹绳器接收到信
