2、最经济的运输方式。 本文完成了对湛江到大鹏湾成品油管道及首站的设计。湛江到大鹏湾全长 688km。 设计年输量为 430 万吨/年。本工程采用密闭输送工艺,分别输送汽油和柴油。管道沿线 不需要加热。 根据经济流速和管线钢管规范, 选螺旋焊缝钢管 X60, 确定 3 种管径方案。 进行摩阻计算,选泵及确定泵站数。泵站出站压力根据钢管的最大承压结合其它已建管 线的设计压力确定为 8MPa。通过计算工程费用,确定最优管径和泵站数方案。全线共 布置 4 个泵站,每座泵站选两台泵串联工作(一台泵备) 。首站布置 14 个油罐(有 8 个 2 万方汽油罐和 4 个 2 万方柴油罐和 2 个 3 千方的柴油
