1、冷媒自动充填机控制系统设计 I 摘 要 冷媒自动充填机是冰箱、空调生产线上的重要设备,专为冰箱、空调加充冷媒剂。 本设计要利用PLC控制灌注机自动填充冷媒。 针对目前国内冷媒填充使用状况和存在的问题,本论文综合运用了可编程控制器 变频器、传感器等现代工业控制常用的控制部件及其相关程序设计方法,利用 PLC 控制 计量电动机完成冷媒剂的灌注工作, 用 PID 调节灌注泵和真空泵进行数字化定量填充以 检漏,同时对冷媒通道中的温度和压力进行实时测量和控制。通过温度检测仪和压力检 测仪检测温度和压力灌注冷媒是否到达要求,并且提出了基于 PLC 冷媒填充装置控制 系统设计方案,给出系统硬件组成结构和软件
