1、 1 摘 要 本设计采用 AutoCAD2004 软件对保持架进行了冲压模设计 。本设计共五章, 主要论述了课题背景、课题研究意义、模具设计过程、工艺计算、 零件设计等问 题。 模具中的倒装复合模,结构简单,是倒装复合模的典型形式,同时表达了冲裁 模设计的一般步骤:包括冲裁力的计算、压力机的选用、刃口尺寸计算、排样、压 力中心的确定、以及凸模凹模的尺寸设计、导向机构的设计和选用。 本文介绍的 22224C/W33 调心滚子轴承保持器落料成形冲中心孔复合模合理的 分配了压力机的冲裁力,将落料、成形及冲中心孔三个工步很好地结合在了一个工 序中,用一个复合模代替了传统的四套模具。经生产使用表明,加工
