2、带有轮刺直径较大的地轮,播种机整机采用了地轮后置单体式,并进行了地 轮轴和中间传动轴设计;在传动设计计算中主要论述了播种机 1 级、2 级传动计算和 链轮的设计。大豆玉米间作播种机与传统的播种机相比,新颖之处在于播种机可以同 时播种玉米、大豆和为了防止地轮的滑移,采用了 4 个地轮共同带动中间传动轴,保 证播种机精密播种质量。设计中在考虑实用的同时,兼顾经济节约,从而达到结构合 理、生产成本低目的。该机一次作业可完成破茬开沟、播种和镇压等工序,作业时开 沟均匀,播种作业质量高,可满足黄淮海地区农艺要求。 关键字关键字:大豆;玉米;间作;播种机;传动设计 The Design and Trans

5、r diameter land wheel with having thorn,This seeding machine adopts the rear wheel.This paper have designed the axle and the middle transmission. In the chapter of transmission design and calculation, It mainly discussed the first and second line could drive calculation and the design of the chain.C
6、ompared with the traditional machine, this machine can sow corn and soybean at the same time. In order to prevent land wheel slippage, we use the style of four land wheel driving transmission shaft. Considering practical at the same time, it take account of economic economy.This planter can perform the roots talk cutting ,opening,sending and packing operations once.
