1、 I 摘要摘要 本设计是针对 Usb 接口的工艺及工装进行了分析和设计， Usb 接口的设计具 有尺寸精度要求高，制作难度较大，结构复杂等特点。模具设计中的级进模具具 有生产效率高,加工精度高等特点，被广泛应用于多方面的生产中。Usb 接口的 加工工艺要求符合级进模的特点，因此，本设计采用多工位级进模具。本文就 Usb 接口的加工工艺进行了比较分析， 确定了合理的加工工艺； 就实际生产状况， 经过综合比较确定了模具结构，对模具的各个部分进行了必要的设计分析；参考 了相关模具设计资料，进行了必要的理论计算，以此使本设计更加规范合理；在 此基础上，就本设计中的模具进行了必须的经济效益分析。 本课题
