1、 I 4040t/ht/h 燃烧高焦炉混合煤气环形加热炉设计燃烧高焦炉混合煤气环形加热炉设计 摘要摘要 环形加热炉是借炉底的旋转，使放置在炉底上的坯料由装料口移到出料口的 一种炉型。炉子用侧进料侧出料的方式，并且用侧烧嘴加热。本设计主要针对中 径 14 米环形加热炉尺寸、燃料和排烟系统进行设计，具体包括燃料燃烧计算、钢 坯加热时间计算、炉子基本尺寸的确定、热平衡计算及燃料消耗量的确定，排烟 系统计算。炉子分为三段式，预热段为一段，加热段为一段，均热段为一段。 本设计采用高焦炉混合煤气作为环形加热炉的主要燃料。本设计中环形加热 炉的排烟方式采用机械排烟。由于炉子排烟系统阻力较大，故采用排烟机直接
