1、 I 摘摘 要要 本设计是根据七星煤矿的实际情况进行的初步设计。设计的井田面积约为 13 km2,主采煤层 2 层,即 16 号和 21 号煤层,平均倾角 12 ,煤层平均厚度 2.7 m,整体井田地质条件比较简单,相对瓦斯涌出量为 18.48m3/t,井田涌水涌 出量为 462.68m3/h。设计采用立井多水平开采的开拓方式,采用采区式准备方 式,采用走向长壁采煤方法,综合机械化的回采工艺,全部跨落法处理采空区。 设计生产能力 0.9Mt/a,服务年限为 56.44 a。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式,通 风方法为抽出式。 本设计主要对矿井开拓方式、准备方式、采煤方法进行了初步设计,对局 扇和主扇
2、进行了设备选型计算,并对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求, 完成整个矿井的初步设计。在设计过程中,尽量采用先进的技术和设备,提高 矿井的机械化装备水平和生产效率。 关键词关键词: 开拓方式;通风系统;机械化 II ABSTRACT The design is a preliminary design of the Qixing coal mine based on the real situation.
