1、 沈阳大学毕业设计（论文） No 1 摘摘 要要 本建筑为北京银行办公楼，一、二层为营业大厅、门厅等大空间房间， 三至六层为办公室。设计的任务是完成该建筑的通风空调设计。 银行办公楼属于民用建筑，宜用舒适性空调系统，即为室内人员创造舒 适健康环境的空调系统。该设计就是要完成对办公楼夏季室内的供冷，以及 防火排烟和消声减震的设计。设计的内容主要有： （1）空调冷负荷和湿负荷 的计算。计算的方法采用的是谐波反应法。 （2）夏季空调过程的设计，包括 送风状态确定，送风量计算，新风量计算，回风量计算和冷量计算。 （3）空 调系统的划分和方案确定，由于该办公楼一、二层为大厅和门厅等宜采用全 空气系统，即
2、全部用空气承担室内的冷负荷、热负荷；三至六层为办公楼， 宜优先采用调节方便的半集中式空调系统，即对室内空气处理的设备分设在 各个被调节和控制的房间内，而又将新风集中在新风机房进行处理。 （4）空 调制冷设备选型，包括风机盘管，全空气机组和新风机组的选型。 （5）气流 组织设计，包括送风气流组织设计，回风口设计计算。(6)风管水管的水力计 算，确定风管的断面尺寸和水管的管径。 （7）防火排烟设计，设置防火阀， 防火防烟阀。 （8）消声减震，分析噪声的来源，确定噪声量的来源，并选择 消声器。 通过该设计实现了对北京银行办公楼夏季供冷和通风的需求，创造了一 个有利于健康的，适于人类工作和生活的内部空
