1、 摘要摘要 本设计为 XX 酒店综合楼给水排水及消防建设工程施工组织设计， 位于四川省德阳 市。本工程包括生活给水系统、生活热水系统、生活污水系统、雨水系统、消火栓给 水系统、自动喷水灭火系统。该工程给水排水及消防安装按施工准备阶段、与土建的 配合阶段、安装阶段、调试阶段和维护保修阶段五个方面来进行部署。施工于 2012 年 11 月 3 日开工，2013 年 6 月 24 日完工，计划工期 235 天。本施工组织设计阐述了 施工过程中常见问题及解决办法， 文中所述的施工工艺及技术措施能较好的指导施工， 使各分部分项工程质量、进度及成本得到有效控制，能保证各阶段施工有序进行。 关键词关键词：给
