1、 1 摘 要 可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)不仅在工业控制中应用越来越广泛,而且在其他 领域的应用也逐渐扩大,例如:电力、化工、能源、水利等。由于它的功能比较 强大、使用安全可靠、维护简单方便的优点,在很多地方已经取代了继电器电路 的逻辑控制。在对水中泥沙搅拌的处理过程中,需要速度控制比较稳定,而且能 够进行不同速度的操作;在拖动的处理过程中更加要求精确性。因此, PLC 控制 电机逐渐被人们运用到搅拌和拖动控制系统中。 本文讲述了基于 PLC 的电动机控制系统设计和实现过程。本系统将 PLC、 变频器、编码器、电动机、搅拌器、传感器有机地结合起来,组成一个简单完整 的自动控制系统。通过台达 WP
2、LSoft 软件平台编写程序并写入 PLC 后,控制电 动机实现多段速的运行。 在本文中还有一个值得介绍的就是高速计数的实现。 通过高速计数器可以对 拖动系统进行精确的控制,并且把计数值存放于固定的寄存器,以方便其他设备 完成对系统的操作和监控。 关键词:PLC 电动机 高速计数器 2 ABSTRACT Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), not only in the application of industrial control more and more widely, but in the application of other fields
