2、化设计,有利于智能小车的功能扩展和升 级。 “PC+运动控制器”是目前开放式数控系统最常见的形式,主 PC 机用于人机界面、 存储和通讯,运动控制器部分作从属 CPU 来实现实时控制、I/O 中断和计算等。本设计 中的智能机器人在巡航过程中有如下功能,红外避障功能、温度采集功能、煤气检测和 火焰检测功能、图像采集功能、图像传输功能。 机器人小车可以自由在房屋内行进,在行进过程中如遇到障碍物体,则可以通过红 外避障模块探测到障碍物的具体方位并避开障碍物。同时小车上安装了各类传感器,可 以动态监测家居环境参数,最重要的是,利用摄像头实时采集家居环境图像,并通过 wifi传送到上位机的监控界面,即使

First of all, we transplanted the Linux operating system on ARM, acquiring the image by USB camera, and transmits the images to the PC via wireless network. At the same time, we adopt modularization design of the control system, which contributes to the functional expansion and upgrading of the smart car. “PC+ motion controller“ mode is the

PC machine is used for man-machine interface control, data storage and communication; motion controller is used to realize the real-time control and I/O interrupt.
