1、 I 摘要 本设计为河北省邯郸市高新宾馆设计。全楼主体共十层，建筑面积为 10335.46 。设计分为两部分：第一部分是建筑部分，包括对建筑的周围的 环境设计，建筑的平面设计，建筑立面的设计,建筑剖面设计，建筑构造做法 及材料的选用。本建筑设计采用了内廊式的平面组合，使宾馆内各房间相对 独立、安静，不被穿越但又有一定的联系，建筑布局因地制宜，灵活布置， 功能分区明确、流线清晰、便于管理，满足使用要求，特别是消防和疏散要 求。第二部分为结构设计，本设计的结构采用横向框架承重体系，选取一榀 框架进行水平力和竖向力计算，并进行内力组合，以确定最不利内力，并进 行截面设计。包括框架梁、板、柱、楼梯、雨
2、篷及基础的截面设计等。墙体 采用粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌筑，有利于减轻建筑物自重；其中对框架 梁、板、柱的设计都采用了比较常用的弹性理论方案。本设计为 7 度抗震设 防烈度设计，因此设计过程中还进行了地震作用下弹性位移验算和罕遇地震 作用下的弹塑性变形验算。设计后达到了强度、刚度和稳定性方面的要求。 关键词关键词：建筑 框架 混凝土 抗震设计 II Abstract This design for Hebei Province Handan high new guesthouse design.
