1、- I - 变压器波过程的仿真分析变压器波过程的仿真分析 摘要摘要 电力变压器是电力系统中的重要设备之一,必须保证其可靠运行。要 保证电力变压器的可靠运行,就要使其具有良好的绝缘能力,因为电力变 压器的故障主要是绝缘被破坏造成的。当电力变压器受到雷电冲击时,其 绕组的绝缘很容易被破坏,因此必须对电力变压器绕组的波过程进行研 究。 本文首先介绍了变压器的等值电容、等值电感和电阻参数的计算方 法,然后给出了变压器绕组的等值电路和绕组波过程的计算方法。进而计 算了 SFP-180000/220 三相无励磁调压电力变压器的等值电容、等值电感 和电阻,在其等效电路的基础上利用 Matlab/Simuli
2、nk 分别建立了中性点 接地和中性点绝缘的电路模型。分别对这两种电路模型进行仿真分析,得 到了对应的初始电位分布、振荡电位分布以及最终电位分布等,分析各电 位分布的特点,可以为该型号变压器的绝缘结构设计提供参考。 关键词关键词 过电压;波过程;电位分布;纵绝缘 - II - The simulation analysis on the transient process of transformer Abstract Power transformer is one of the important equipments in the power grid, we must ensure it
3、s reliable operation. To achieve that goal, the insulation property of power transformer must be fine, for its breakdown mainly caused by the insulation damage. When the power transformer suffered from the lightning surges, the windings insulation was damaged easily, so we have to optimize and desig
4、n on the power transformers windings insulation structure. Firstly, the computational methods of the inductance, capacitance and the resistance parameter were introduced in this paper, then an equivalent circuit of the transformer was established and the computational methods of the windings transie
5、nt process were given. Furthermore, the inductance, capacitance and the resistance parameters of SFP-180000/220 three-phase no load power transformer were calculated. Based on the equivalent circuit of transformer, the circuit model in the Matlab/Simulink was established and simulated when the neutr
6、als were grounded and isolated respectively. The relevant initial potential distribution, the oscillating potential distribution, and the final potential distribution and so on were gotten by the simulation. Finally, the characteristics of each potential distribution were analyzed, which could provide some references to the insulation structure design of this transformer.
