1、I 摘摘 要要 随着社会市场经济的不断发展, 人们对供水质量和供水系统可靠性的要求不断提 高;再加上目前能源紧缺,利用先进的自动化技术、控制技术以及通讯技术,设计高 性能、高节能、能适应不同领域的恒压供水系统成为必然的趋势。 首先,介绍了当前国内外恒压供水系统的发展情况,并提出不同的控制方案,通 过研究和比较,详细说明了恒压供水系统的工作原理。本文采用变频器和 PLC 实现 恒压供水和数据传输,然后用数字 PID 对系统中的恒压控制进行设计。 其次,详细陈述了基于 PLC 变频恒压供水系统工程的方案设计,包括系统的硬件 和软件设计,并对系统采取了可靠性措施进行了说明。 最后,结合 MCGS 组
