1、 某企业自动化加工单元规划与设计（一）某企业自动化加工单元规划与设计（一） 摘要摘要 科技快速发展的今天，机械自动化是一个主流趋势，所以现代输送机也要满足自动 化的要求。输送机是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输物料的机械。应用它，可以将物料在 一定的输送线上，从最初的供料点到最终的卸料点间形成一种物料的输送流程。 本设计设计了一台用来传送托盘的滚筒输送机， 该输送机主要是为了配合机械手与 加工主机一起构成自动化加工单元，实现加工过程（上料、加工、下料）的自动化与无 人化。本设计首先对输送机进行总体功能分析，并分析了各种输送机结构和应用范围， 经过选择和比较， 发现滚筒输送机有许多自己独有的优势。 比
