1、 尾座的工艺工装设计与制作 本科生毕业设计(论文) 学院(系) : 机械与汽车工程学院 专 业:机械设计制造及其自动化 学 生: 指导教师: 完成日期 2013 年 5 月 尾座的工艺工装设计与制作 尾座的工艺工装设计与制作 机电工程学院 摘摘 要要 :尾座体是车床上的重要的部件之一,是车床上用以支撑轴类零件车削 加工和实施钻孔的主要车床附件。本文针对给定的车床尾座体进行了加工工艺 规程设计与制作及镗75H6 孔夹具的设计。首先,对尾座体的零件结构和尺寸 进行了分析,根据其生产类型和技术要求,制定出了针对此尾座体的合理的机 械加工工艺规程,并完成了相关的机械加工工艺卡片。其次,根据需要,为尾
2、座体零件机械加工工艺中的一道镗孔工序设计了专用的镗孔夹具,其中主要包 括定位基准的选择,定位元件的选择,定位误差的分析与计算,切削力及夹紧 力的计算等,最后绘制出一整套完整的夹具装配图和部分非标零件图,并和小 组成员一起完成了夹具的实物制作。在完成本课题内容过程中充分地利用了所 学理论知识,在图书馆和网上查阅了相关的资料,做出了符合生产需要的设 计。 关键词关键词 :尾座体; 工艺 ; 工装; 设计 Design of Technology and Equipment on The tailstock and Manufacturing of Parts Abstract:Lathe tail
